REFUND AND RETURN POLICY - THE MODERN STOREY

At The Modern Storey, we prioritize simplicity, transparency, and security in your online shopping experience. We strive to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless and adheres to the highest quality standards. Please take a moment to review our Refund and Return Policy for a clear understanding of our procedures.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS:

A product is eligible for return under the following conditions:

  1. A wrong product has been dispatched, or the received product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  2. Identification of a quality or manufacturing defect on the received product.
  3. Receipt of the product in a damaged condition (Note: Do not accept any package if it is tampered or damaged upon delivery).

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Raise a Return Request within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Customer Service at support@themodernstorey.com.
  2. You will be asked to provide a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details to [Your Support Email].
  3. Our Quality Assurance team will assess the details for return eligibility.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Product must be returned with the original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc.
  • Product should be unused and in the original condition.
  • Return can be processed for store credit or refund, initiated within 7 days of receiving the merchandise in our warehouse.
  • The Modern Storey reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check before issuing a refund.

REFUND PROCESS:

  • All refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of Store Credits or through the same mode of payment as in the order placement.
  • Store Credits are processed within 24-48 hours.
  • For other refunds, the same transaction method used in the original purchase will be employed.
  • Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, with a full refund issued. In-transit cancellation fee applies if the product is already shipped.
